McAbee Construction Ownership and Leadership Update

Kenneth W. Todd Named Co-CEO

Kenneth W. Todd has been named Co-Chief Executive Officer of McAbee Construction, serving alongside Leroy McAbee Sr. Kenneth will also retain the title of President. The appointment was made at the company’s Board of Directors meeting on October 16, 2026.

Since joining McAbee in 2003 as a Project Manager Assistant, Ken has managed some of the company’s largest projects and advanced through several leadership roles. He was named Executive Vice President and General Manager in 2021 and President in October 2024.

Ken will continue working alongside Leroy to uphold McAbee’s standards of safety, quality, and productivity and guide the company’s long-term success.

This appointment in combination with a recent transaction where the McAbee Construction Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) became the majority shareholder of McAbee Construction, Inc. are historic milestones for the company and everyone who works here. These decisions demonstrate Leroy’s commitment to maintain the company’s culture for generations to come.
